Admission Procecdure

1.Parents seeking admission to ST.XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL JATNI ODISHA for their ward should carefully read the following before filling up the registration form.
2.Boys and Girls are eligible for admission from play group to class X in all acadmic session 2015-16.the classes will be gradually increased up to class XII
3.Children must fulfil the minimum age requirement as on 1 st july of the year in which admission is sought
4.Prospectus & Registration form will be issued for current session
5.prospectus & Registration form will be issued to the availability of seat in a particular class.
6.Registration form ,provided along with the prospectus must be complete in all respect before submission .
7.the dates for interaction will be communicated at the time of obtaining the prospectus or at the time of registration.
8.Student must appear for the information on the specified date otherwise registration will be treated as cancelled
Registration does not in any way ensure admission.
Rule & Regulation
  • At the time of admission the payment to be made by cas/DD are admission fee ,1 st Term Fee / Chargeble comprising of tution fee,activity charges ,computer charge (as applicable) ,Tution fees & Transport Fee are being charged for 10 Months in # Terms all ohter charges like activity charges & Computer

    • Mode of Payment

    1.Cash - cash paymant can be made only to the cashier in school proper receipt should be obtained for ny payments mode
    2.DD/cheque - DD/Cheque should be drawn in favour of ST.XAVIER HIGH SCHOOL JATNI ODISHA payable at Distt.Badwani .In case of any payment made confrom to these instruction the school management will not be responsible.




Required Documents

The following Documents are to be submitted along with feel/before joiing the school.
A.Nursery - Class I -Photocopy of Birth Certificate (attested by Gazaetted officer)
B. Class II Onwords - Original Transfer Certificate of Previous School(the Certificates should be counter signed by DEO/Regional CBSE Officer Ajmer)
C.Photocopy of Pass Mark sheet of Previous Class.


Late Fees

For any fee paid after the due date ,a five of Rs.10 /- Per day is chargeble.

Payment of School

Except the routine payment & chareges indicated above no additional payment should be made without circular or prior intimation from the Principal

Refund of Fee
Normally fee is non-refundable ,in rare case only a propartionate fee can be refunded as per CBSE rules an submission of satisfactory documentary Proof.
Prospectus ,Enrollment ,Registration & Activity fee will not be refunded in any cost

With Drawals
1.Request for with drawal of student/ward should be submitted in the prescribed form available at the school office.
2.The form must be completed in all respects and should be duly signed by the parents / guardiens
